August 17, 2018 – If you are a Canadian citizen, at least 18 years old, and live in the provincial constituency of Regina Northeast, you are eligible to vote on September 12.

To vote, you must be registered. There are three ways to register:

  1. Online at elections.sk.ca/voterregistration
  2. Call 1-877-958-8683
  3. In person when you go to vote. You will need to fill out a form at the poll, which can take time.

“When an elector is registered and we have their current home address, we can mail them their own individual Voter Information Card,” says Dr. Michael Boda, Chief Electoral Officer of Saskatchewan. “This card is important. It will arrive in the mail prior to advance voting, and tells an elector where and when to vote.

To vote in the Regina Northeast by-election you must:

  • Be a Canadian citizen;
  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Have lived in Saskatchewan since February 16, 2018;
  • Ordinarily be a resident of Regina Northeast
