November 12, 2014 – By-election day in the constituency of Lloydminster is tomorrow, November 13.

Polls open at 9 a.m. Central Time (8 a.m. Mountain Time) and close at 8 p.m. Central Time (7 p.m. Mountain Time).

Residents of the constituency of Lloydminster are eligible to vote if they are:

• At least 18 years of age on November 13, 2014;
• A Canadian citizen;
• A Saskatchewan resident for at least the six months before Thursday, October 16, 2014, and
• Ordinarily a resident of the constituency of Lloydminster.

If you are a British subject, you can vote providing you could vote in the provincial general election held on June 23, 1971, and you meet the residency requirement for Canadian citizens (see above).

Voter can find their assigned polling place on their Voter Information Card, by calling the Returning Office at 306-825-6462 or toll-free 1-844-533-0079, or by checking the voting place map at elections.sk.ca/wheretovote.

Voter must bring acceptable ID in order to vote. If you have a valid Saskatchewan Driver’s Licence that shows your photo and where you live, that is the only ID you will need to vote. If not, there are more than 50 different ID documents that fall under Saskatchewan’s acceptable ID list. More information on ID can be found at elections.sk.ca/identification.

Advance voting was held at three locations:

• Pierceland Community Centre, 184 4th Avenue South, Pierceland
• Kinsmen Community Hall, 108 4th Avenue, Paradise Hill
• Constituency of Lloydminster Returning Office, 4417 50th Avenue, Lloydminster

The number of votes cast during advance voting is as follows:
